All sales are final.
We do not accept returns of any products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect choice

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

  • Product no longer needed

Once a product has been delivered or handed over, it cannot be returned.

Payments made for any product or service are non-refundable, regardless of:

  • Order cancellation

  • Delayed delivery due to logistics

  • Customer dissatisfaction

  • Product misuse or mishandling


3. Damaged or Defective Products

Although we do not accept returns, if you receive a damaged or visibly defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
We will review the issue, and if validated, we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.
